The swimming pond is open again. The public can swim from 12PM through 6PM every day, weather permitting. Certified lifeguards are on duty during these times.
Passes are
$2 per day
$40 season non-resident
$15 season resident
$100 family (four or more) non-resident
$45 family (four or more) resident
There is a nice sandy area and some sun and shade. My kids are often in the water every summer and this summer will be no exception!

Once again Weatherly has a case of the bears! While cute an cuddly in Teddy form the bears around Weatherly are not so friendly. Last year they I witnessed the bear causing a bit of trouble going through trash at Eurana park. The borough has asked residents to take some precautions

Twice a year is the Weatherly Hill Climb. It’s one of the if not the biggest event in town. Basically racers drive up a curvy hill. Sounds pretty simple until you take a look at the hill.

Tonight was the spring concert for the Elementary and Middle School music program. Unlike the winter concert, the High School chorus and band did not play. The teachers, Ms. Derr and Ms. Shughart did a great job and their dedication really shows. Hat’s off to both the students and teachers for a great concert!
